CAPABILITY OVERVIEW // 業務内容

Translating conceptual business models, commercial ventures, and physical facilities into operational reality through systems engineering, cross-border project management, and hardware-software integration. Mandates are structured for international founders, regional commercial operators, and independent enterprises requiring resilient, low-overhead footprints in Japan without falling victim to excessive intermediary markups, domestic distributor monopolies, or paralyzing operational friction.

Every deployment architecture, freight routing plan, and automated system is engineered and supervised directly as an independent sole practitioner. Mandates are never brokered to third-party general contractors or delegated to junior staff. Bridging international supply chains with Japanese domestic logistics networks and modern cloud infrastructure, I synthesize physical procurement, site buildout logistics, and remote facility automation into turnkey operational assets engineered to run autonomously with minimal recurring overhead.

Core Operational Suites:

【物流・プロジェクト管理】 Logistics & Infrastructure Deployment

Directing end-to-end procurement logistics for full-container (FCL) and consolidated (LCL) freight, customs broker coordination, rural route surveys, and on-site offloading to bypass inflated domestic distribution channels.

【無人化システム設計】 Turnkey Automated Systems Architecture

Engineering integrated digital and physical infrastructure for commercial facilities and dual-use properties—unifying site diligence, remote command and control, multi-role cloud access, billing synchronization, and climate automation to enable lean, autonomous operations.

Operational Logistics & Bandwidth:

Deployment Reach: Based in Wassamu, Hokkaido. Systems architecture, workflow engineering, and digital configurations are executed remotely, with on-site port coordination, equipment staging, and facility deployments mobilized nationwide across Japan.

Operational Constraint: To ensure exhaustive technical oversight, zero dilution of accountability, and first-person execution, business design mandates are strictly limited to a select few client engagements annually.

Professional Scope & Statutory Boundaries: Operations function strictly at the systems design, project management, and technical integration layer. I do not act as a licensed customs broker, licensed construction contractor, certified master electrician, or legal/tax counsel. Statutory import declarations are executed through licensed customs brokers, and structural or high-voltage installations are coordinated with licensed local trade specialists. Deliverables provide the overarching engineering blueprints, vendor management, and technical integration required to drive projects from concept to live autonomous execution.

【物流・プロジェクト管理】 // LOGISTICS & INFRASTRUCTURE DEPLOYMENT

The Vulnerability:
Importing industrial machinery, specialized fixtures, containerized cargo, and palletized freight into Japan routinely collapses into paralyzing administrative gridlock, escalating port demurrage charges, and inflated domestic distributor markups. Foreign operators, regional businesses, and independent founders rarely possess the domestic corporate footprint, bilingual freight fluency, or physical operational bandwidth required to bridge overseas manufacturers with Japanese maritime terminals and inland transport networks. Without autonomous on-site coordination, shipments sit stranded at port facilities, customs clearances halt over documentation discrepancies, and regional freight carriers flatly refuse delivery to rural, unpaved, or dockless sites.

The Methodology:
I provide direct, autonomous project management connecting international dispatch with physical domestic installation.

Operating strictly as an independent on-the-ground coordinator, I manage the physical supply chain end-to-end—directing both Full Container Load (FCL: 20GP/40HC) and Less than Container Load (LCL: crated and palletized) shipments through primary Japanese maritime terminals (such as Tomakomai, Yokohama, Nagoya, or Kobe). Acting as the single point of operational contact, I coordinate documentation flow with licensed domestic customs brokers and engineer complex inland offloading logistics. Mandates are executed with zero reliance on layered freight brokers or distant general contractors, ensuring specialized assets move from international factory floors to finished domestic staging without procedural delays or unexpected holding fees.

Case Applications:
// Full-Container (FCL) & Consolidated (LCL) Port Logistics: Managing maritime container discharge and palletized LCL consignments through primary domestic ports; coordinating container yard release, Container Freight Station (CFS) devanning, drayage scheduling, and terminal handover.

// Customs Broker Liaison & Documentation Flow: Acting as the operational coordinator between overseas manufacturers, domestic consignees, and licensed Japanese customs brokers—auditing commercial invoices, packing lists, and HS code classifications in advance to eliminate customs holds and storage penalties.

// Pre-Delivery Site Survey & Route Feasibility: Conducting boots-on-the-ground physical surveys of transit corridors and target delivery sites—evaluating unpaved roadway durability, bridge weight restrictions, sharp turning radii, overhead utility clearances, and winter snowpack conditions to ensure heavy transport viability.

// On-Site Offloading Logistics & Equipment Staging: Planning and directing offloading operations at facilities lacking commercial loading bays—coordinating mobile crane rentals, staging rough-terrain forklifts, and managing dockless drop zones for multi-ton industrial cargo.

// Turnkey Assembly, Uncrating & Facility Fit-Out: Directing the physical intake, inventory uncrating, mechanical assembly, and structural anchoring of heavy commercial equipment, industrial machinery, and specialized architectural fixtures into operational positions.

// Domestic Intermodal Freight & Regional Staging: Designing multi-leg domestic transit plans combining long-haul flatbeds, box carriers, and roll-on/roll-off (RORO) ferries to transport heavy crated cargo across prefectural borders and inter-island sea routes.

Retainers & Phased Structure:
・Phase 1: Logistics Scoping & Import Feasibility Retainer (80,000円 Flat Fee)
Comprehensive intake audit evaluating cargo specifications (FCL vs. LCL), foreign supplier documentation, HS code tariff parameters, destination port processing viability, and final-mile route access, concluding with an executive Logistics & Staging Brief detailing routing schedules, freight estimates, and risk mitigations.

・Phase 2: Autonomous On-Site Project Management (75,000円 per Operational Day)
Executed upon client authorization of the Phase 1 brief. Covers on-site port coordination, customs agent liaison, staging yard oversight, transit escort, and physical offloading management. Direct travel and lodging logistics outside Hokkaido are estimated upfront, capped in writing, and billed strictly at cost with zero markup.
