CAPABILITY OVERVIEW // 業務内容

Engineering resilient digital infrastructure, custom database architectures, and high-performance Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) to eliminate operational friction and administrative drag. Mandates are structured for independent operators, regional enterprises, and specialized facilities requiring exact, sovereign digital workflows where generic commercial software and subscription-heavy platforms fail to align with real-world procedures.

Every data schema, application interface, and synchronization pipeline is architected, coded, and deployed directly as an independent sole practitioner. I do not resell third-party software subscriptions, rely on fragile no-code wrappers, or outsource engineering to development agencies. Combining modern web standards (React, lightweight PWA runtimes) with direct database engineering (PostgreSQL, SQLite, Firebase) and hardware telemetry, I translate manual ground-level workflows into fast, owned digital assets engineered to operate reliably across desktop and mobile devices—both online and completely offline.

Core Operational Suites:

【情報基盤・独自PWA開発】 Custom Database & PWA Architecture

Designing and deploying lightweight, workflow-specific Progressive Web Applications and custom database environments that replace fragmented spreadsheets and expensive commercial platforms with zero recurring licensing overhead.

【遠隔地情報同期・耐障害設計】 Hybrid Edge & Offline-First Data Architecture

Architecting resilient, local-first data capture engines and edge storage systems that maintain full operational uptime through rural cellular dead zones, severe northern winter storms, or power grid disruptions.

Operational Logistics & Bandwidth:

Deployment Reach: Based in Wassamu, Hokkaido. Systems architecture, database modeling, and application development are executed remotely for global and domestic clients, with on-site workflow mapping, physical hardware integration, and local server commissioning deployed nationwide across Japan.

Operational Constraint: To preserve code quality, architectural precision, and direct first-person accountability, technical architecture engagements are strictly limited to a select few client mandates annually.

Professional Scope & Statutory Boundaries: Operations function strictly at the software engineering, database design, and systems architecture layer. I do not operate as a licensed telecommunications carrier, public cloud hosting provider, or certified information security auditor. Cloud infrastructure is deployed directly onto client-owned virtual private environments (AWS, GCP, Cloudflare), ensuring the client retains 100% intellectual property, data sovereignty, and administrative control over their systems at all times.

【遠隔地情報同期・耐障害設計】 // HYBRID EDGE & OFFLINE-FIRST DATA ARCHITECTURE

The Vulnerability:
Modern software is built on the fragile assumption that high-speed, uninterrupted internet connectivity is universally available. In regional Japan—across mountainous transit corridors, deep agricultural valleys, coastal marine areas, and industrial work sites—cellular signals frequently degrade or disappear entirely. Furthermore, during severe northern winter blizzards, seismic events, or localized power grid failures, cloud-dependent platforms become completely unreachable. When field technicians, property inspectors, and regional logistics operators rely on cloud-only software, data entry halts, site inspections are delayed, and personnel revert to handwriting on scrap paper. This produces lost records, transcription errors, and hours of administrative re-work once connectivity is restored.

The Methodology:
I engineer offline-first applications and hybrid synchronization pipelines that allow field personnel to complete full data logging, capture media, and execute structured checklists with zero network connection.

Using local-first storage technologies (IndexedDB, embedded SQLite, and service workers), the mobile or edge device functions as the primary data authority. Operations continue normally during complete network blackouts. The moment the device detects cellular coverage, satellite connectivity, or local Wi-Fi, the system automatically executes an encrypted, conflict-free background synchronization with the central database. This architecture guarantees data integrity, prevents lost field documentation, and maintains an uninterrupted operational rhythm regardless of weather or infrastructure disruptions.

Case Applications:
// Offline Field Reconnaissance & Evidence Logging: Equipping field investigators, building assessors, and site inspectors with mobile capture tools that store high-resolution photos, GPS coordinates, and inspection notes locally, syncing cleanly to central storage once reconnected.

// Rural Logistics & Resource Tracking: Building standalone data-capture tools for agricultural sorting yards, timber processing sites, and remote transit nodes that lack cellular reception, recording inventory movements, material grades, and weight logs offline.

// Disaster-Resilient Local Data Vaults: Establishing local-storage data caches for regional commercial facilities and living properties, ensuring internal access lists, security logs, and emergency operating procedures remain fully accessible during extended power or fiber cuts.

// Mobile Machinery Maintenance Logs: Deploying offline service and maintenance tracking applications for heavy equipment operators to log operating hours, fluid service, serial numbers, and part replacements directly at remote work sites.

// Edge-Cached Operational Reference Portals: Structuring self-contained, offline-accessible operating manuals, emergency response protocols, and statutory compliance checklists accessible to field staff during acute infrastructure outages.

// Conflict-Free Multi-Device Data Aggregation: Implementing data-merging protocols that allow multiple team members working concurrently in disconnected zones to merge local records into a unified central database without overwriting or corrupting each other's entries.

Retainers & Phased Structure:
